This day is divided up into two sections.  The first is a sampling of some photos taken in the afternoon after our rows.  The women's team does their biometric exercises while the men stretch and swim.  I was experimenting with some camera features so some of the shots are larger, some smaller, some clear and others not.

The second section is a guest selection from Ingrid and Terry Paul from our day off on July the third.

	This is a repeat of the other Phil pool shot but you can see the waterfall in this one.		Ingrid insisted that Phil looked better with the nose job.  Phil thinks it looks too small.
	Sara, contrary to previous reports, is quite frightened so Henry helps by bouncing the bridge for her.		The loving couple on ice.
