Home Buying Hell
Hi there - well, we sold our home in Victoria and are currently looking around for a new place. We are struggling to find a (downsized) house in this city for a reasonable price. There is a huge influx of out-of-province buyers dropping their nest-egg on some Vic waterfront. Good for us as sellers, bad for us as buyers. We have lost two houses so far, one to a Winnipeg Couple and one to a couple from Kelona. I should create a whole blog on the realtor profession but I am not ready to articulate the displeasure I feel for them as a class right now.
